This role will be mainly to support the Payroll Manager in the processing of multiple international payrolls and one UK payroll and to assist with any associated ad-hoc tasks. The role may also include the processing of employee expenses for payment via payroll.
Key responsibilities:
1. Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers
2. Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
3. Assist in the processing of one UK payroll
4. Deal with payroll queries from employees
5. Assist the Payroll Manager with ad-hoc administration tasks
6. Processing of UK and international employee out of pocket expenses for payment via payroll
Role requirements:
1. Minimum of one year’s experience working within a Payroll environment
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
5. Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure
6. Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges
7. Experience of working in a large, fast-paced business
