Solution Manager
We are seeking a dynamic technical expert to bridge the gap between cutting-edge solutions and customer success. As a Solution Manager at {company}, you will blend solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, and project management to deliver tailored solutions for the broadcast industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pre-Sales: Collaborate with Account Managers to qualify opportunities, lead technical discussions, and architect winning solutions.
* Evaluate product functionality, establish third-party integrations, and manage technical RFPs/RFIs.
* Define and deliver successful proof-of-concepts (POCs) that meet both technical and commercial goals.
* Provide technical expertise during negotiations, ensuring realistic timelines for development and integrations.
Post-Sales:
* Collaborate with services and R&D teams to refine and deliver detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
* Support project kick-offs and offer technical guidance during any change requests or clarifications.
About You:
* Deep knowledge of broadcast playout, graphics, multiviewing, and monitoring solutions.
* Strong understanding of end-to-end workflows and integrations in broadcast environments.
* Confident in customer-facing roles, handling complex technical queries, and thriving in high-stakes meetings.
* Willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the time and fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus).
