New Business Controller - (Home Based) - Nationwide Hospitality & Catering

As a New Business Controller reporting to the Business Development Director and leading Corporate New Business Managers, your overall challenge will be to gain new profitable business, exceed budget requirements – both through individual hunting and through your team.
What you will be doing:
1. To lead, develop and motivate New Business Managers to identify, qualify, tender for and win new accounts in the corporate space for Fresh Direct
2. Building a network of potential new customers, tendering for and closing new business
3. Identify learning and development opportunities for the team and work closely with L&D to continually raise the bar in New Business
4. Ensure full adoption and utilisation of Salesforce to enable accurate forecasting for the business of new wins. Actively lead the team through MEDDIC methodology and continue to develop and improve our New Business Process
5. Building the strategic plan and pipeline to drive growth across the Sysco business. Networking internally will be essential for the success in this role
