Are you a skilled Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Learning Support Practitioner eager to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives?
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with recent experience supporting significant learning needs, including Autism and ADHD. This role involves working 1:1 with a Year 2 student at a mainstream school in Stafford.
The position begins with morning-only sessions to accommodate the student’s phased return to school but will transition into a full-time role.
This opportunity starts as soon as we find the right candidate and is intended to be an ongoing position.

Requirements:
* Level 2+ Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant qualification or equivalent (Desirable)
* Recent experience working with children in special educational settings (Desirable)
* Strong understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt to various teaching environments.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting students.
* SEND experience or training
* Passionate about providing high-quality support to students and contributing to their educational journey.
