Technical Sales Engineer - South Wales, Bristol & South West
Territory Sales role, promoting a range of tooling products to existing and new customers in the region.

Account Management:
You'll be entrusted not only with maintaining our current business in the area but also with elevating its growth potential. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and expanding existing relationships, seizing every opportunity to introduce a broader spectrum of products and services to your valued accounts. But that's not all – we're tasking you with uncovering fresh client prospects and driving substantial sales growth in the region.
Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement:
1. Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical capabilities and advantages of our offerings.
2. Tailor solutions to meet client requirements, preparing technical proposals and documentation. Provide comprehensive technical support throughout the sales cycle, including troubleshooting, relationship management, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
4. Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including internal sales, applications and consignment.
Experience:
Proven experience in a comparable technical position, involving cutting tools, is imperative for consideration for this role, as is a familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management.
Open to candidates with experience in tooling production/manufacturing, possessing strong communication skills and a determined drive for success in a technical sales position.

Who will you be working with:
You will be reporting directly to the National Sales Director, who has over 20 years of industry experience and has been with Kyocera for 12 years, in addition to support from our Key Account and Business Development Manager.
