As a Registered Manager, you will:
1. Have autonomy over your own home

The ideal Registered Manager will have:
1. Previous OFSTED children's home registration
2. Achieved at least one GOOD OFSTED inspection outcome
3. Level 5 diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Care (or working towards it)
4. Management experience in a children's residential home
5. A valid driving licence
