We are seeking to recruit two Dutch Speaking Client Account Support Specialists to join a newly set up team to support new business model. Ideally we are seeking a Dutch speaker to join the team but those with other language skills will still be considered. Your role as Dutch speaking Client Account Support Senior Analyst will be to support the Client Manager and provide excellent service at all times. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Demonstrates thorough business knowledge about product and service offerings and supports rollout of organisational initiatives - Exercises consultative thinking when decisions are needed in real time and for brokers or clients - Responsible for resolving complex inquiries, delegated tasks, solving non-routine problems, and ensuring satisfaction with products and service for the Large Corporate Client Management team. - Develops an individual relationship with and interacts directly with strategic clients and brokers - Might be required to travels alongside Client Manager to attend and present topics in internal and external client meetings - Organises and facilitates the WebEx for Client or Broker meetings - Provides point of contact back up telephonic and email support for client manager - Provide response to emails and/or voicemail within 24 hours - Compliance with all mandatory training to broaden knowledge base and gain expertise. Completed on time by deadlines and with expected passing requirements - Day to day administrative tasks - Will work as a Cigna Global broker advocate as an internal partner to support a high broker touch points - Supports all ad hoc Client Management Salesforce.com reporting requests. - May act as a technical resource that will create and maintain training materials. ROLE REQUIREMENTS/ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS - Demonstrated solid performance in a client or customer facing role for at least 2 years - Fluent Dutch/English speaking and written language skills are required for this role - Highly responsive, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, anticipates needs, nimble learner - Advantageous to have knowledge of Cigna products and administrative processes - Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills - Thorough understanding of multiple software and system-based applications such as Microsoft Office database and spreadsheets (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) - Demonstrated mastery of written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking - Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to take ownership and demonstrate initiative - Capable of prioritising workloads to achieve/exceed tight deadlines About Cigna Healthcare Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
