Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Bridgend (5 days in the office)

Our client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its brand across all digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, youll be at the forefront of the company's digital presence, developing, implementing, tracking and optimising the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels for the brand.
Located in South Wales, this established company is the undisputed leader in a high-growth sector in the sports industry. Our client has two of the industry's two leading brands and millions of fans regularly view them via Sky Sports. In this role, the Digital Marketing Manager will be: -
Devising and executing innovative social media strategies and managing social content production that connects with the company's audience and drives engagement and results.
Deliver targeted email campaigns to B2B and B2C segments and identify data capture potential.
Manage online content that leverages industry trends into effective SEO tactics.
Delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.
Digital Marketing
~ Digital Strategy develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including paid and organic social media, PPC, and digital content marketing.
Email Marketing
~ B2C design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy for our B2C audience that aligns with our brand and business objectives.
Social Media management - managing day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement and performance tracking.
Content creation - managing the ideation and production of high-quality social content across both our internal team and a network of creators.

Blog Deliver engaging blog content that leverages SEO, and connects industry trends and brand audience to the website.
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing role
Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging content and drive results.
Exceptional creative skills and a knack for storytelling, with a keen eye for design, photography and videography.
Educated to degree level or with proven commercial experience
Experience with paid social media marketing, digital content creation and PPC.
Experience with Abode Creative suite for image and video editing.
