Job Description
* West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds
* 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
* Maternity cover contract commencing January 2025
* £27,803 - £30,295 per annum (Actual Salary £24,019 - £26,172 per annum)
We are seeking an individual to join our dedicated team in delivering effective support and guidance which enable students with learning barriers to achieve success and develop their potential. This role will be responsible for a cohort of learners with complex behaviours and support their progress within the WSC curriculum offer via Pathway Programmes or individualised Bespoke Learning programmes.
The successful candidate should have experience of working with young people with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and be educated to a Level 4 or above. We encourage applications from those with a recognised Learning Support related qualification and PTLLS.
