JOB – Maintenance Engineer LOCATION – Hull TERM- Permanent SALARY – £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependant on experience). The Maintenance Engineer will ideally have the following attributes: Experience: Extensive multi-skilled engineering background with a strong track record in process improvements and operational efficiency. Experience in extrusion and injection molding is highly advantageous. Machining and welding skills are desirable. Key Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach. Problem Solving: Use root cause analysis and fault-finding techniques to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Equipment Management: Perform repairs, testing, and maintenance while maintaining detailed documentation. Team & Contractor Oversight: Supervise contractors and engineering staff, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
