About the Role: As the L&D Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: Reviewing and enhancing Induction training to ensure all new hires are set up for success. Developing and designing content to support our Leadership Development Framework. Working closely with the Head of L&D you will develop and implement our Skills Academy, ensuring employees have access to the learning they need for their current role and future growth. Effectively evaluate all learnining iniatives and demonstrate improvements. Support the wider people team initiatives and identify development gaps and plan to reduce this. You will work closely with the onsite people team but operate independently. Strong stakeholder management will be key, as you’ll engage with various departments at all levels to drive development initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Someone with a deep understanding and practical application of the systematic training cycle. Proven experience in training delivery, design, and demonstrating ROI for L&D initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment with business goals. Leadership development training experience is advantageous. Ability to work independently and manage L&D activities in a global context Creative and innovative approach to challenges that encourage curiosity and a learning state. Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential, with opportunities to pursue further development.
