Teaching Assistant - Barnet
TimePlan Education is currently looking for flexible and enthusiastic candidates for full-time teaching assistant roles in several excellent schools in Barnet (and surrounding areas). These rewarding and varied full-time teaching assistant roles will start in March/April 2025.
Responsibilities
* Support children in their learning and development.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
* Help maintain a positive learning environment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children is not essential, although relevant experience (in dance, drama, sports, youth work, or arts) would be advantageous.
* A relevant teaching assistant qualification (such as a CACHE Level 3) or a university degree is required.
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills are essential.
* Ideal for individuals keen to undertake teacher training in the future, such as a PGCE or Teach First.
