We are looking for a motivated and proactive Trainee Recruitment Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for people, strong organisational skills, and a desire to build a career in recruitment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Source and recruit suitable permanent, temporary, or contract personnel to meet customer requirements.
* Maintain regular contact with candidates (Assignees) and clients to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
* Accurately input and manage all communication and data within the company database.
* Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients through regular engagement.
* Conduct candidate selection through multiple sourcing methods, including online and print-based advertising.
* Ensure compliance with company quality systems and procedures.
* Provide job briefings and proper inductions for Assignees before work assignments.
* Assist with logistical arrangements for personnel when required.
* Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for contractors in line with quality procedures.
* Participate in on-call duties as part of a rota to ensure adequate coverage.
* Attend and contribute to team meetings and provide statistical data/reports when required.
* Engage in quality and safety initiatives in line with company and customer goals.
* Identify and convert potential business opportunities or refer them to the appropriate team members.
* Ensure awareness and adherence to the company’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) procedures.
* Undertake required training courses to stay up to date with industry and legislative developments.
* Participate in emergency response duties as required.

* IT proficiency, including experience with databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
