The role
As a Housing Development Coach (Housing Assessor), you will support learners in completing their Housing Apprenticeships across all levels. In this role you’re responsible for the effective teaching and assessment of both individuals and groups of learners to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours they require to meet their learning outcomes.
You will deliver tailored training programmes to meet the learners’ needs in order to engage and inspire individuals to reach their full potential in the housing sector. You’ll be required to complete monthly teaching and learning, carry out progress reviews and assess submission to the learning platform.
The right fit
* Up to date knowledge and understanding of the housing sector.
* Experience of working in the housing sector or related roles is essential.
* Experience of Apprenticeships, Bootcamps, AEB and Commercial courses
* Teaching and / or assessing qualification and / or experience.
* Qualified to Level 3, 4 or 5 or above in an area related to housing (CIH).
* Able to develop schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources and to deliver these both face to face and online.
* You’re able to manage a case load and to engage, motivate and monitor learners to ensure that targets are met.
* Able to build effective working relationships with employers and partner organisations.
* Able to work on a variety of online platforms to keep accurate, up to date records.
