We're seeking a proactive and organised Customer Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for homeowners, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and professionally. You'll play a vital role in maintaining their reputation for outstanding customer service by supporting customers through their post-purchase experience and coordinating solutions with our internal teams. What You'll Do? Respond to customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to resolve issues promptly Manage and monitor service requests, ensuring timely resolutions Keep customers informed and updated throughout the process Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions What We're Looking For? Experience in customer service, ideally in property, construction, or a related field such as property management Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office What We Offer?
