Job Description
What you will do:
* Partner in a trusted adviser capacity to senior Sales Leadership, sales community and internal stakeholders
* Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on our latest product bundles and offerings
* Develop improved methodologies for pricing and business terms, based on the use of data and market knowledge to support decisions
* Provide deal financial modeling and proposal support to the senior members of the team
* Provide deal structure guidance and recommendations to Sales that balance a data driven approach with creative and out of the box thinking, on requests coming from Sales on an assigned set of strategic accounts
* Drive the execution of contracts by working with cross functional teams and partners, including Sales, Legal, Accounting, and Operations
* Independently scope and complete project work to meet goals identified by Management
* Partner with product teams on optimal pricing models and strategies for new products and bundled solutions
* Collaborate with Sales leadership to effectively coordinate and manage month and quarter end deal closure
* Review and vet sophisticated deals on behalf of Strategic Business Practices Management
* Develop relevant cross-functional relationships to understand products, competition, and the market
* Create sales enablement materials to train Sales on good practices for product pricing and positioning
* Work closely with Finance, Legal and Operations department to optimize contract terms and close deals
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of our customers and how they use Unit4 products
* Ensure compliance with internal controls
* Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with the Account Executives
Qualifications
We are looking for:
* 3-5 years’ experience in Pricing Strategy, Deal Desk, Bid Management, Commercial Finance, Sales financial analysis, or relevant experience preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Outstanding analytical background with strong problem-solving skills
* Great interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively to get results
* Capable of explaining concepts clearly and credibly across all levels of the organization
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in English
* Ideally, experienced at working in a multinational environment
* Experience in Dynamics 365 / Dealhub (or other CPQ Tools)
