Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee onboarding documentation, including drafting contracts and reference letters
* Organise first-day details for consultants joining assignments
* Format CVs into templates for client presentations
* Manage the inbox, ensuring timely responses to consultants, clients, and partners
* Handle all Workday (HR system) matters related to onboarding
* Ensure spreadsheets and databases are consistently updated
* Support consultants with day-to-day queries, fostering a positive experience
About you:
* A self-starter with a proactive and adaptable approach
* Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
