WATM leads the market in the supply and support of several of the world’s leading brands, including exclusive distribution for Hiab and Manitowoc cranes. Our core business is in the sale and support of Cranes and Lifting Equipment.

About the role:
You will essentially be a jack-of-all-trades. In this diverse role, you will be the initial point of contact for customers with service calls and queries. As an efficient Senior Service Advisor, you will contribute to the quality customer service provided by our team and support the Service Manager in the day-to-day running of the service department.
You will assist with the management of work orders, job costing, invoicing, quote generation, and the maintenance of all Manufacturer Warranties within WATM.
The daily task of collating timesheets and field service reports will also sit with this position. You will also coordinate employee medicals and drug and alcohol testing if required.
