Job Description
Duties of the Executive Support Lead:
1. Coordinating board projects
2. Leading on internal communications
3. Providing governance support to the board
4. Coordinating audit & risk committee, including ensuring audit actions are followed through
5. Coordinating and chairing the Health & Safety committee
6. Ensure quality of group compliance activities, reporting back to the board
7. Supporting annual governance processes
8. Coordinating board meetings across the group
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Executive Support Lead' should have:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, with an understanding of internal audits and compliance
2. Worked within a regulated environment
3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
6. An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. A passion for the not-for-profit sector
