Job Title: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Salary:
£83.85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students in the classroom
* Work with students one-on-one or in small groups to provide additional help
* Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Support students with special educational needs or disabilities
* Assist in preparing materials and resources for lessons
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant experience working with children or young people
Education:
Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Patience and understanding
* Basic knowledge of educational principles
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours
* Work within a school environment
* Potential interaction with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
