About the Role: What You’ll DoAs an Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of the team, assisting with both client-facing and operational tasks. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of departments and responsibilities, from welcoming guests and setting up events to supporting lawyers with administrative duties. Key responsibilities include:
1. Office Management: Welcoming guests, handling post, and assisting with scanning and printing needs.
2. Client Interaction: Engaging with clients professionally, both over the phone and in person, to ensure a positive experience.
3. Document Preparation: Producing letters and documents as directed by lawyers.
4. File Management: Organising and maintaining electronic filing systems, opening and archiving files, and supporting billing procedures.
