We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team at HQW Aerospace UK. This position offers an exciting opportunity for graduates in related subjects such as Business Studies, Manufacturing / Operations Management, and Engineering to develop into business leaders. In this role, you will support the business in delivering to customers such as Rolls Royce, MBDA, Safran, NASA and Thales.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes. Analyse manufacturing data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Engage in ongoing training programs to build technical and leadership skills and explore industry leading initiatives.
Develop as a senior member of the Operations management team. Education:
Degree / master’s in business, Manufacturing / Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge
Strong analytical and critical thinking / problem-solving skills, with a specific interest in manufacturing. Highly numerate and comfortable with data analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skills
Passionate about continuous improvement and building a career in Manufacturing/ Operations Leadership.
