Receptionist/Concierge
Location: Hove
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary
We now have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Concierge to join one of our major client's teams within the FM sector based in the Hove area on a Temporary basis with the view to start ASAP.
Shifts:
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Role Responsibility:
1. Point of Contact/Meet and greet for all visitors
2. Answer/transfer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
3. Maintain a smart, professional reception area at all times
4. Complete daily periodic checks of all stationery hubs and tea points to ensure tidiness and stock levels are replenished
5. Assist and support the reception team when required to sign in visitors, issuing health and safety information
6. Management/Set up of meeting rooms
7. Provide operational support to any internal events
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Corporate Reception experience (Desirable)
2. Excellent Customer Service Skills
3. Excellent IT skills
4. Excellent Attention to detail
