Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Hybrid London
Remuneration: £46.15 per hour

Responsibilities:
* Lead the enhancement of the outreach programme, ensuring seamless coordination of external outreach efforts across multiple workstreams.
* Proactively identify and organise programme activities to deliver business, operational, and technical improvements with measurable performance metrics. 📊
* Scope and lead cross-functional challenges, implementing change management strategies effectively.
* Champion programme management methodologies, adjusting strategies to respond to evolving circumstances across various functions.
* Advocate for programmes, ensuring alignment among senior cross-functional stakeholders.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program, its impact on the organisation and partners, and the rationale behind the programme's operations.
* Create executive-level strategy and progress presentations for leadership teams. 📝

Qualifications:
* Strong project management experience; MBA, PMP, or PgM certification preferred.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

* Experience engaging with partners and familiarity with business development.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to view the bigger picture from various perspectives.
* Solid grasp of data topics, including privacy and competition.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a knack for managing diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in a large, distributed organisation.
* Product-minded, adaptable to nuanced technical discussions. 💡
