Responsibilities: Handling and organising data efficiently. Inputting various types of information into spreadsheets and contributing to data analysis. Ensuring databases and records remain accurate and up to date. Collaborating with team members to support customer expectations. Managing incoming correspondence, including opening and scanning mail. Preparing and printing letters when required. Meeting different deadlines as needed. Skills & Attributes: Proficiency in IT applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong communication abilities. Effective time management. Organisational skills. High level of accuracy, particularly in data entry. Discretion and ability to handle confidential information. Capable of working both independently and within a team. Skilled in identifying priorities and managing workload efficiently.
