A welcoming, caring family in London (W8) is on the lookout for an experienced rota nanny to join their household on a long-term basis, with a start date from early December. They hope to find someone who can be a wonderful addition to their family for many years to come. This position operates on a 14-days-on, 14-days-off rota schedule. Typically, you work 12-hour shifts (around 7/7:30 a.m. to 7/7:30 p.m.) while in London. However, when traveling or when one parent is away, 24-hour shifts will be required, following standard rota practice. Both parents have demanding careers but are actively involved and supportive. A parent will occasionally work from home, the role requires sole charge of the children but you should also be happy with shared care. Travel is regular, the family needs someone able to join them for a few weeks abroad as needed. THe successful applicant will be experienced in travelling with families and packing the children's suitcases etc. The nanny’s responsibilities will include full care for the children: preparing their meals, helping with dressing, laundry and ironing, organizing engaging activities, scheduling classes, setting up play dates, and providing regular updates on their development. Located in Kensington (W8, London), the family offers a live-out option for those nearby, with a live-in arrangement available if preferred.
