We are recruiting for a Sales/ Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing property developer along the south coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns and support the sales team in driving engagement and conversions. The Role: As Sales/ Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Managing marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, PR, direct mail, events, and social media. Tracking and analysing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement. Creating compelling content for brochures, sales materials, and marketing collateral. Conducting market and competitor research in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Planning and executing events, including logistics, invitations, and coordination with selling agents. Supporting the Sales Director and Sales Manager to achieve key targets. Developing and delivering engaging email campaigns to drive lead generation. Analysing website and campaign performance, identifying areas for optimisation. Attending sales and marketing meetings and ensuring key actions are recorded and followed up. The Ideal Candidate: Experience in marketing, campaign management, or events coordination. A degree in marketing, or similar, is preffered but not required Strong copywriting and content creation skills. Ability to analyse data and provide insights for performance improvement. Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A background in property, real estate, or a related industry would be an advantage but not essential.
