Do you have a knack for sales, people management, and ensuring high standards of health and safety? \n\nJoin our clients team who is a leading provider of luxury student accommodation in Leicester, and make a difference in students' lives!\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAchieve sales, renewals, and referral targets.\n\t\nManage site open days and tours.\n\t\nMaximise profits and customer satisfaction through effective take-over management.\n\t\nStay informed on local competition, university status, and student demographics.\n\t\nMaintain brand standards via physical site upkeep, staff communication, and online presence.\n\t\nManage contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.\n\t\nMaintain statutory testing records and ensure all staff and residents are aware of emergency procedures.\n\t\nManage incident response and ensure the site remains safe and accessible.\n\t\nDrive effective and friendly customer communication.\n\t\nBuild strong relationships with university accommodation offices and external agencies.\n\t\nAddress student issues, concerns, and welfare needs, intervening and mediating as necessary.\n\t\nMaintain high service standards to promote renewals, positive reviews, and referrals.\n\t\nManage site maintenance and project manage the turnaround, check-out, and check-in processes.\n\t\nAccurately record tenant applications, damage deposits, council tax, complaints, compliments, welfare, and maintenance.\n\nQualifications:\n\nStrong sales and people management skills.\n\t\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations.\n\t\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\n\t\nAbility to manage finances and administrative tasks efficiently.\n\nJoin us in providing exceptional living experiences for students in a vibrant and inclusive community.
