LOCATION Dunstable Luton PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience in Positive Behaviour Training Experience in supporting Young People of Mixed Sex Experience managing Emotional Behaviour Disorder Experience managing Challenging Behaviour young people, Experience in dealing with low to high Mental Health Needs. Offering support plans to meet their changing needs in their everyday life. Encourage the young people to make independent choices and take them out of their comfort zone so they can learn new things so they can become active members of the community. Having a background in Children Residential Homes, YOT, And County Lines, Mental Health & Autism is welcomed too. To register with BS Social Care, you will need a minimum of 1 years` experience working with Children and be able to supply 3 years referencing. Minimum Qualification Required is an NVQ Level 3 Children & Young People An enhanced DBS will need to be completed which is a cost of £50 or if you have one on the update service then this can be accepted.
