Life as a Tech Transformation Analyst
We work across industries – from high tech to high fashion – to help clients reimagine a better future using the latest technologies in cloud, security, data, AI, digital, enterprise platforms and intelligent automation.
As a Tech Transformation Analyst, you will develop the skills needed to work directly with our clients to help deliver solutions using some of the most advanced technologies on the market. You will learn how to understand client requirements, translate those to our delivery teams, and coordinate projects to deliver business transformation. You will be dealing with commercials, metrics and data to enable successful delivery. You will also learn business analysis skills to help shape and document client requirements and enable successful development.
Whatever you’re doing today, it could be different tomorrow, as you’ll move between projects of varying durations in a range of industries. Regardless of what you’re working on, you’ll be constantly using your technology skills to get hands-on with tech and deliver innovative solutions for our clients. You will have plenty of face-to-face client interactions, to really understand your client’s business, so the ability to communicate well and adapt your communication style will be crucial.

To join our Tech Transformation programme, you’ll need to have achieved a degree by the time you join us. Technology and STEM degrees are of interest; however, we will consider any degree subject as long as you have a proven interest in technology. We can also consider a master’s degree.
We look for outstanding performers who have a passion for technology, who can demonstrate this in their studies, work experience or extracurricular activities. You’ll need to have a growth mindset and be curious about technology. You’ll also need to have a proactive, driven and self-empowering approach. Change is the only constant in our line of work, so you’ll need to be flexible, agile, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands. A dedicated teammate, you’ll have strong communication, project management and problem-solving skills, and you’ll be confident presenting to clients and interacting with stakeholders at a range of levels.
You will need to live within commutable distance of your assigned office, and you will be expected to come into the office regularly. Due to the nature of our work, you may be delivering projects on client sites anywhere in the UK and sometimes outside of the UK. You will be expected to work on client site or in your assigned office for a minimum of 3 days a week (or more depending on business requirements).
