Title: Mechanical Maintenance Technician
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Circa £51,000 per annum + 10% Bonus + Overtime Available

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate would be a competent mechanical maintenance engineer comfortable working in heavy-duty environments on industrial equipment such as gearboxes, pumps, valves, compactors, conveyors, turbines, boilers, pipework, welding, and fabrication.
You will be responsible for all planned and reactive mechanical fittings and fixtures on site, ensuring the CMMS system is up to date, as well as ensuring all compliance and H&S requirements are carried out within the plant. There is a lot of unique equipment on site, and although training will be provided, they need someone with earnestness and an attitude to learn and develop.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience working as a maintenance technician on an industrial site.
* Proven ability to manage your own time and carry out work independently.
* Completed a full onsite apprenticeship and hold an NVQ/ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent.
* Enthusiastic, approachable, and a can-do attitude to work.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Understanding of Environmental and H&S issues and their impacts. Training will be given.
* Experience in working with Safe Systems of Work (PTW). Training will be given.
