The role is full time and offers an excellent chance to utilise passion and enthusiasm to enhance children's experiences learning to design and create, as well as gain valuable hands-on experience in the DT classroom setting.

Be flexible and adaptable, to ensure they tailor their teaching style and respond effectively to a range of student behaviours. Communicate effectively to build a cohesive relationship with other teachers and ensure a trusting and insightful relationship with students. Emotional intelligence is vital to interactions in education! Be calm, patient and understanding; classrooms can be overwhelming environments and it is vital to be able to take a deep breath and accurately gauge the most effective and appropriate response, both managing tempers and diffusing situations

A candidate 'Must Have':
