Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
* Efficiently input data and commissioning forms into Jira and other systems.
* Track budgets and project expenditures.
* Organise project meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking.
* Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting.
* Contribute to creating project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
* Perform data quality validation checks using systems like SCADA, Bureau, and MAP.
* Manage stock control for incoming and outgoing goods.
* Undertake general administrative tasks and processes related to the project.
* Proactively suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
