Main purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, the role will support the retail sales function, including managing customer forecasts and production plans for all sites supplying retail customers. This role is on a Monday - Friday 8:00- 17:00 shift pattern.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
* Ownership of the relationships with customers via their purchasing / demand portals ensuring seamless error free interactions from forecast through to invoice management.
* Support customers and work with colleagues to maintain the EDI back-office process.
* Tracking movement of stock through the business and investigate any discrepancies.
* Support on Retail customers within the group, including customer forecasts planning and sales.
* Manage stock levels of finished goods at consolidators and individual sites at target levels.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Provide concise, accurate and trusted reporting information from both internal and external viewpoints.
* Reports to management including KPI data relating to sales versus forecast in conjunction with our Power Bi reports.
* To support, maintain and develop data in D365.
* Developing a collaborative relationship with key internal contacts including customer services, production, finance, and distribution.
* Communicate insight and information gained during communications.
* Developing new processes with our Retail sector.
