Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist
At Pertemps Managed Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Employee Relations Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for ER case management, working closely with Line Managers and HR colleagues to support a range of ER processes, including disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, and flexible working requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide advice and support to line managers, employees, and HR on performance management, conduct issues, grievances, sickness absence, and workplace concerns.
* Conduct thorough and fair ER investigations.
* Liaise and coach line managers on performance processes.
* Support the wider team on ER issues.
* Provide documentation and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* CIPD and degree-level qualified or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of employment law.
* Strong consultancy and problem-solving skills.
