One of our key Building Services contracts is with the MoD on a huge base near Watford, where we deliver hard and soft FM services to our onsite client and within soft services we have a team of Administrators, and we require an Administration Services Manager to provide management support to the Admin Services Teams. What you'll do: Line Management of the Skanska Admin services Team – incl Embedded Clerks, Reception Teams, Graphics & Print. Undertake team management within Northwood HQ of the Information Support Officer and Administrators. Management aspect of all embedded clerks and creative team, including leave, sickness, PDR’s, Team Talks, H & S & TBT Control, demand and review of Skanska MODNet accounts for admin and creative team. To provide cover for other Skanska Administrators and Supervisors when required. Monitoring of all aspects of embedded clerk’s workload to ensure encapsulated within contract. Liaison with Task Managers to ensure job specs are relevant and reflect the role in line with the contract and making FM(AS) aware of issues arising. Ensure that all Admin Service Key Performance Indicators inputs are completed to programme to enable completion of monthly client performance reports in accordance with contractual requirements. With agreed KPI measurement in place.
