Role Description
We are expanding and are looking for another experienced Residential Lawyer to join us. You will need at least 3 PQE+ residential property experience and be able to ease into a substantial and diverse property caseload including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new build, right to buy and lease extensions.

Job Description
* Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues.
* Examining and advising on title documents, contracts, and other legal documents.
* Drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents related to property transactions.
* Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and financial requirements.
* Communicating effectively with clients, keeping them informed and providing clear advice.
* Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to facilitate the transaction.
* Handling the exchange of contracts and completion of transactions.
* Registering property ownership with the Land Registry and dealing with post-completion matters.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer (with a current practicing certificate).
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in conveyancing, with a strong understanding of residential (and commercial) property law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT systems.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to providing a high standard of client care.
