LTA / Reed Education are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to provide general and 1-2-1 support to pupils at a committed and aspirational Secondary School in the Pendle area. This new TA3 role is a full-time temporary position covering 5 days per week, from 08:45-15:30. This role is starting September 2024 and then is on an ongoing basis for the right candidate. The role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate

•Monitoring targets for future progress•Establishing and developing strong relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues, and carers•Have a clear understanding of all the needs of all pupils•Monitoring pupils progress in reference with the school’s practice•Excellent behaviour management skills
