Insurance Advisor (Customer Service Advisor)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Per annum + Bonus (Up to £3k per annum)
Location: Liverpool
Working Hours: Office based, Monday to Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. What you'll do:
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service dealing with queries and administering policies
* Offer support via the full range of insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and needs for adjustments and claims support
* Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries efficiently
* Contribute to achieving individual and team goals by developing effective relationships internally and externally
* Adhere to both company and FCA rules and guidelines
What you bring to the job:
* Customer service background in insurance (ideally in the life or motor insurance industry)
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills
* Proficiency in IT
