My client, a well regarded law firm with a fantastic reputation for their Employment and Litigation work, has an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and analytical Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join their HR department in their fast-paced and friendly London office.
The Rewards and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for the salary and bonus review data requirements for the UK, delivering Compensation and Benefits processes and managing employee and partner benefits. Working closely with the Rewards and Benefits Manager, the Head of HR Ops, Advisors and stakeholders across the UK office divisions, the key duties will include:
* Taking ownership of salary review meetings, timetables & guidelines and performing job evaluation and compensation benchmarking.
* Supporting the budgeting and modelling process for compensation planning.
* Ensuring off-line salary and bonus decisions are captured in the firm’s internal HR System.
* Assisting in the pay gap analysis and reporting process.
* Ensuring operational delivery of various benefit schemes and being accountable for compliance with pension auto-enrolment requirements.
* Managing external stakeholders and suppliers.
* Providing help and mentoring others in the team, while continually monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of the department's processes.
The Rewards and Benefits Specialist will have performed a Compensation/Reward and Benefits Analyst role in a large commercial environment, ideally Professional Services. It would be beneficial to have also worked in a Shared Services environment. With a proven track record in successful delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of benefits management and experience in using HR systems and Compensation and Benefits applications. The Rewards and Benefits Specialist will be a highly analytical individual with a flexible approach and able to manage priorities in a high-pressure environment. It is essential to be proficient in Excel, be friendly, take initiative and be a strong communicator.
