Hours: 37 hours per week between the hours of 9am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am - 1pm)

We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing company who are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join their dynamic, busy and friendly team based at their office in Ringwood.
This company prides itself on their reputation for high quality customer service and 5* reviews.
This is not a call centre position; this is a more personable and traditional inbound working environment within an office of around 30 people. It is an excellent opportunity to work with a friendly company who support their staff with progression, ongoing training, support and industry qualifications.
Within this fast-paced and varied position, you will play an important part in ensuring customers have a seamless and positive experience. Day to day duties will include responding to inbound enquiries, assisting with quotations, and liaising with customers via telephone, live chat and email.
Key Responsibilities Within This Role Will Include:
1. Providing first class customer service via inbound enquiries (telephone, live chat, email)
2. Ensuring that the customers' requirements are met and processed correctly
3. Dealing with complex and bespoke quotations and enquiries
4. Communicating with different departments across the business to ensure customer requirements are met and understood
5. Ensuring databases are kept up to date with correct customer details, communications and progress
The Successful Applicant Will Possess:
1. Previous experience working in an office-based Customer Service / Sales
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality of work
4. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
5. The ability to make an active contribution to a positive, progressive culture within the company
6. Strong work ethic and attitude
7. Eagerness to progress
8. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
