About the Role:
The Inside Sales Specialist will play a key role in supporting the commercial relationship with customers in partnership with the Account Managers and business development team. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
2. Collaborate with Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
