We are currently recruiting a qualified PWP to work in the county, as part of an exciting expansion which has quality patient care and staff wellbeing at the heart of it. You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team who are striving towards gold standard ways of working.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete clinical contacts 1:1 face to face, over the telephone, video consultation, group courses (remotely and in person), and CBT.
2. Hold discussions with step 3 and/or step 4 clinicians to ensure step ups and safe onward referrals are completed while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.
3. Participate in community outreach work to promote services to other services, educational settings, and career events.
4. Work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Completed PWP training from an accredited Low Intensity course.
2. Experience working in the stepped care model delivering Low Intensity Psychological Interventions to patients experiencing mild to moderate common mental health difficulties.
3. PWP registration.
4. Ability to manage travel requirements across various locations throughout the county.
5. Availability to work between 8am and 8pm on weekdays, including participation in evening clinics offered by the service between 5pm and 8pm.
