We are recruiting for our client who is seeking a hungry, ambitious, and motivated Lettings Manager looking for their next big opportunity. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a high-growth independent agency with an exciting vision for the future.Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing independent estate agency in Stanmore, has seen exponential growth over the past three years and has ambitious plans for further expansion. As they continue to scale, they are now looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to take the reins of their Lettings business, drive growth, and lead the team to success. Your responsibilities as a Lettings Manager will include the following: Growing & managing the Lettings department by increasing market share and driving revenue. Bringing in new landlords through proactive business development and networking. Generating new instructions by identifying opportunities and winning new business. Developing and implementing strategic growth plans to expand the Lettings portfolio. Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, investors, and developers. Leading and motivating the team to exceed targets and deliver top-tier service. Driving marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and generate leads. Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation. You will be rewarded the following: Basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. Generous commission structure. Guarantee of £50,000 for the first year. Required Skills: Proven track record in Lettings management & business development. Target-driven & commercially minded - thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Strong leadership skills - able to inspire and develop a successful team. A proactive dealmaker - confident in pitching and converting new landlords. Knowledge of the Stanmore area (or nearby) would be advantageous. A self-starter with a genuine passion for property and business growth. A full UK driving licence.
