I am sourcing for an experienced Senior HR Project/Transformation lead to join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in a strategic transformation project. Reporting to the HR Director, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, lead HR workstreams, and manage critical organisational design initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for the Senor HR Project/Transformation Lead:
* Advise on TUPE, redundancy processes, and employee engagement strategies.
* Plan and execute HR transformation activities, including consultations, retention strategies, and communications.
* Develop training materials, facilitate consultation meetings, and ensure compliance with employment law.
* Provide updates to stakeholders, highlight risks, and deliver project milestones.
* Support broader organisational change alongside HR Business Partners and the Transformation team.
* Leading the people workstream
Experience Required:
* Proven expertise in managing complex HR transformation projects within a highly regulated business is a requirement.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, TUPE, redundancy.
* Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate data and drive solutions.
