Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: London, GB (Central Saint Giles)
Remuneration: £46.15 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (until October 10, 2025)
Responsibilities:
* Drive programme outcomes by developing end-to-end plans and adjusting as needed to stay on track.
* Develop and curate project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies using best practises.
* Manage programme priorities and resource allocation, ensuring optimal efficiency.
* Generate solutions to problems and take ownership of programme delivery.
* Balance immediate needs with long-term organisational objectives in decision-making.
* Influence and build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
* Guide integration of multiple programme timelines and goals while monitoring progress.
* Share best practises across teams to maximise efficiency and reduce rework.
* Establish programme metrics, track progress, and implement corrective actions for success.
* Drive continuous improvement, facilitating discussions for post-programme feedback.
* Identify and leverage product and service experts to enhance programme excellence.
* Develop programme documentation, manage risks, and oversee stakeholder relationships.
