Travel Sales Specialists wanted to join a dynamic, fun and growing bespoke Travel Agency. This is a full-time office based role, reporting directly to the Sales Manager, with a requirement to work weekends on a rota basis and with the option of overtime when required. ROLE: Answering and responding to all enquiries and brochure requests in a prompt and professional manner. Creating and producing imaginative itineraries using expert knowledge. Managing a portfolio of personal clients. Creating a brilliant, ongoing and accessible relationship with your guests. Managing booking administration from enquiry to return. Attending shows, exhibitions and events on behalf of the company when necessary (this may include weekends). Working to sales targets and KPIs set on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis (individual & team). REQUIREMENTS: A natural affinity for sales and customer service, with a passion for travel. Travel or luxury brand sales experience required. Knowledge of airline GDS preferred but not essential. Excellent organisational and presentation skills. Smart, professional and passionate disposition. Outstanding communication skills and attention to detail Hands on approach and a willingness to be part of a dynamic team. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
