Main duties of the job
As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for providing care topeople attending our busy Outpatient Department. We work closely withConsultants, Specialist Nurses and Community Services Teams. Ourfocusispromoting the comfort and wellbeing of patients, Malvern is a small but friendly team to workwith. As a team we encourage ongoing learning and development throughreflection and clinical supervision which we try and embed in our dailypractice. Our nurses are required to facilitate the day to day running of theOutpatients Clinics alongside other tasks that will be required for this jobrole.

Job responsibilities

13. In collaboration with otherteam members organise the reception and discharge of patients ensuringeffective communication in transfer of information.
14. Carry out delegated nursingcare.
15. Use and participate in research/ audit in care delivery.
