Hourly Rate: £13.26 - £17.96
The advertised hourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.
A market supplement is currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periods to between approx. £17.68 - £17.96. This will replace any previous market supplements and will apply to both your contracted hours and to any additional hours worked within the applicable time periods.
Location(s): Our Supported Living Service covers over 6 locations in and around Kendal.

Shift patterns can be discussed at interview; shifts may include earlies, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.

Depending on the Service user, the level of support needed may vary per person. Responsibilities may include supporting with medication, personal care, nutrition, hydration, community engagement, and emotional care.
