The Customer Service Coordinator role:
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage a portfolio of customers, building good relationships that allow you to be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take pride in your work.
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing a wide range of day-to-day queries regarding orders, products, and returns.
* Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager.
* Building and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
* Handling customer calls and emails related to orders, delivery, and general enquiries.
* Processing and fulfilling orders for assigned customers.
* Managing customer returns.
